When you register for Ashlyns Charity Football, we collect your full name, year group and school email address to organise the event, avoid duplicate entries and contact you about your participation.

What appears on the website?

The public draw may show your first name, surname initial and year group, along with your opponent, match time and result. Your email and full registration record are not displayed publicly.

Where are my details kept?

Registration details are stored in the event’s Supabase database. The website is hosted on Vercel. Access to registration records is restricted to the organiser’s authorised service and database access.

How long are details kept?

Your details are used for this event. Ask the event organiser about the event’s retention and deletion arrangements before registering if you need more information.

Need to change or remove an entry?

Contact the Charity and Fundraising team. They can correct or delete your registration and update any published fixture label.

Keeping sign-ups working

The service stores a short-lived, hashed identifier based on your email to limit repeated submissions. This site does not use advertising trackers or require an account.
